with prior arrangement. Arrivals after 11:00 p.m. will be
charged $50.00 fee.

- Deposit - one night stay will be
charged to the credit card on file.
- Cancellation
Policy:
- If cancellation is received less than 10 days before date of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit (one-night stay).
- If you cancel 10 days before date of arrival, full deposit refund less $25.00 fee will be credited back to your credit card.
- No cancellations on day of arrival. If cancellation is received, you will be charged for the entire stay.
- Refunds NOT given for inclement weather, no shows or early
checkouts.
- Room rates are
based on Single or Double Occupancy.
